If your goal is to sell your home as quickly as possible, while saving thousands of dollars on commissions, talk to us about our very competitive listing fee. We will list your home with us, and provide you with "Full-Service" for just 1.5 %** of the sales price but no less than $4,500.00. This does not include any compensation offered to the seling broker (i.e. selling office commission).
Please note that if we list and sell your home, we would be entitled to the listing fee as well as the selling office commission. In any case, we do not charge any up-front fees, and only get paid after your home sells and closes escrow.
